JAKE mosley

My journey into fitness wasn’t just about pursuing a career, it was about discovering a passion for pushing limits and breaking the chains of a sedentary lifestyle. I have experienced and witnessed firsthand how a ‘lazy mindset’ can diminish life’s true qualities. I committed myself to to the science and art of Personal Training. I ventured deeply into Strength Training and the dynamic world of Calisthenics, each discipline teaching me the beauty of movement and the power of perseverance.

At FitMonkeyCoaching, the mission goes beyond typical fitness goals. It’s about awakening. Awakening to the possibilities of what your body can do and what your mind can achieve. I believe everyone has the potential to turn the lights on, It’s in all of us. My job is to motivate, educate and support you on this journey back to your best self. I want to express the importance in my belief that training should be made as enjoyable as possible, you don’t work hard when you’re having fun.
